THE WORKING APPROACH
A scope you can read.
A change you can check.
Choose the work by its intended result. Keep evidence, implementation and search observations in separate records.
The working sequence
- 01
Define the problem
Name the customer decision or technical behavior that needs attention. Specify the page group and the implementation constraints.
- 02
Establish the evidence
Collect a dated baseline. Mark assumptions as assumptions and keep a reproducible record of the observed behavior.
- 03
Choose the release
Prioritize a batch the team can complete. Give every task an output, an implementation owner and an acceptance check.
- 04
Verify and review
Check what changed in the live page. Review search observations later using comparable dates and conditions.
What makes a handoff usable
| Field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Affected page or template | Tells the team where the change applies |
| Observed issue | Separates evidence from a hypothesis |
| Required output | Defines the work to be completed |
| Owner and dependency | Identifies who can act and what must happen first |
| Acceptance check | Lets another person verify the release |
